We are a small athletic club run by volunteer committee of parents, based in Dumfries drawing athletes from all areas of Dumfriesshire
Competition is provided for ages 9 upwards in track & field and cross country disciplines 

Training is delivered by qualified coaches in a safe environment

NIthsdale AC is working towards Dumfries & Galloway Council Sports Club Accreditation

 David Keswick Athletic Centre in Dumfries.
Sessions are Monday: ages 8 to 11 and Tuesday/Thursday: ages 12 upwards

Central & South Scotland League Match 3 is at Grangemouth 6th August. As most athletes have been travelling by car and most of the regular officials are at the World Championships, it has been decided that there will be no bus running to save costs. Athletes should make their own way to Grangemouth, The meeting starts`at 11.30. There is a timetable here and on the Nithdale AAC Facebook page.
Border Harriers will have an Open Meeting in Whitehaven on 13th August. Entry form here
The second leg of the Dumfries & Galloway Championships will be held on Tuesday 5th September at DKAC. No training that night.There is no entry on the night, use this entry form.
